I would recommend this product others.Used this strip light product to light the under side of chronograph shades so chrono can work at an indoor range with fluorescent lights.Chronographs are confused by fluorescent lights, they read the flicker instead of the shadow crossing the sensors.I installed one under a shelf where I store all my breadmaking supplies, and the other over my sink. Having very few electrical outlets, these battery powered lights come in handy on dark mornings and evenings. And when we lost power one early morning, my tiny house was lit up quite well for me to get ready for work. I had no problems with adhesion, and I can't say how long the batteries last because I don't use them continuously.Very versatile light strip...flexible and surprisingly bright! We found a large, 5-shelf display case to exhibit souvenirs from a trip to Israel, but we not had a big enough empty wall in a dark hall. Husband had heard of these lights, shopped Amazon... found them. We purchased very reasonably. I was afraid such tiny lights inside the display case wouldn’t be bright enough to adequately backlight our cherished memories...but was pleasantly surprised. Hubby got display case completed and hung it for my birthday. I show everyone who comes into the house...and all remark about the lights-not too bright, but perfect for highlighting the items inside.
