Long lasting with beautiful ember glowLove, wonder if they make different ones for different holidays. I had to weigh them down a bit so the images pointed straight down instead of all over the place.These lights are pretty unique and cool. I hung them up on my porch and they project quite nicely on the floor! It’s plenty bright for night time and it works at many distances too. I wish the blue was a little bit brighter since that wavelength is a bit harder to see with my eyes. There is some light from the bulb itself too which is a plus (not all the light is used for projection, some still shines from the top). Awesome snow flake lights though!I'd give it 3.5 stars, but I rounded up. I feel it will last several years, and it is waterproof. One of the lantern covers fell off in shipment even though they were well packaged. There were no instructions for replacing it, but they are: 1) there are two wires running into each light, and two that bypass it. Slide the the two that bypass it away from the light to provide enough space to slide on the lantern cover; 2) orient the lantern cover so that the larger opening for the "clip" in the lantern cover is on the "bottom" (pointed toward the light); 3) put the "clip" over the two wires running toward the light and slide it down until it it is securely on the light. I would also like the lights to be a little brighter, but that's just my preference. They are bright enough for Halloween.Exactly as shown...kids love them
