I received them yesterday, and immediately put fresh rechargeable batteries in and turned them on. I set them to the combination mode, and put them to the side. They are very bright, and colorful. They worked perfectly, and 6 hours later they turned off. Today, I waited until 18 hours after they turned off, and they turned on again automatically. I installed one set around my front door on teacup hooks fastened with mini tie wraps, and the controller hanging on another teacup hook to make it easy to change out the batteries! They look Great, and I am completely satisfied!!! I will probably put the other set around my back door. I don't know how long the batteries will last, but having a big supply of rechargeable batteries, it won't be a problem replacing them! Rechargeable batteries are the way to go, and they will pay for themselves in just a few uses!!! I highly recommend these lights, and for $10.00, you can't go wrong!!!
