I purchased 2 sets of these, and procrastinated in installing the second one. They work pretty well. The outlet cord is thick and long and it's hard to staple it up under the cabinet even with specially designed cord staples. It's also black...Bigger issue is that the second set doesn't even turn on. Customer service number doesn't answer. I've tried emailing, let's see what happens...
